On 20th Aug 2003, AQA auditors visited Poornam offices and assessed the Quality Management System established in the Technical Support and Software Development divisions. On October 3rd, Poornam received the coveted certificate. All core processes in Poornam will be audited Internally every 6 months and Externally by American Quality Assessors (AQA) every year. Compliance with ISO 9001:2000 ensures promises made to customers are being met and reflects Poornam's continuing commitment of Quality work to its customers.
