Overall.
I am extremely please with the results provided, I was looking for a cost effective simple to use design for my database. Poornam provided this at a competitive price and in a good timeframe. So I would just like to say a big thank you to all involved, keep up the great service, I will be sending clients your way in future.

Communication.
I was totally impressed with the speed of response and whole communication side of my project. The project plan was exceptional, and helped greatly in the design refinement process. Emails were clear, concise and the attitude of those involved was brilliant. My questions were answered quickly and bugs resolved efficiently. I was a little hesitant in dealing with a company on the other side of the world for this project but can happily say that the project was completed with greater ease, speed and at less cost than I could have found locally. I would not hesitate in recommending poornam and will be using their services again myself

Timeframe.
This was meet. Project took a little longer to complete than estimated but this was due to changes on my part

Final product.
Simple, and efficient, as required.

Attitude of Staff.
Fantastic, thanks guys. I was really impressed.

Changes and modifications
These were carried out as requested, major modifications required additional payment however a number of minor improvements we added at no charge. I felt charges were fair and reasonable.

So once again a big thank you, I have been testing the live version and seems to be working very well. I am already designing some more work for you so you will be hearing from me soon. Please feel free to quote me if you wish to for promational purposes
